As part of OATJ’s commitment to Japanese language education outreach and advocacy, this conference is free to the public. While you do not need to be a member of OATJ through AATJ to attend, we would like to invite you to take this opportunity and become a member, if you have not already done so.
Membership fees help support OATJ and allow us to bring events like the annual meeting, workshops, and other activities. We appreciate your support as we come together to advocate for our community of Japanese culture and language education in Ohio.

As you can see on the tentative agenda, we are hoping to exchange information about Japanese programs you are involved in. If you have any printed documents or brochures that describe your program, please bring a few copies to share with other attendees. If your program is at the post-secondary level, you are welcome to bring promotional materials. High school teachers can make use of promotional materials to share information about Japanese programs with interested students.

Please register at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/OATJ2012 by Friday, October 26.
Pre-registration is not required, but this will help determine the number of participants before the actual meeting.
